A Whole New World

Sunday, September 30, 2018

This is my first post in over 4 years. In that time I had reach my high of high weights. Before I cane back I had committed myself to have victory in this battle. I have since dropped beneath the 200 milestone and had been trying to keep it from fluctuating up and down.

I wanted to share that I've entered the world of super foods! A lot things came together to get me to this place and I am still a neophyte. I had taken to soaking baths at the end of a day or a long walk - using a gift - Dr. Teal's Epsom Salt bath soaps and salts. I added some of my own essential oils and immersed myself into losing the aches and pains and stress. I slept much more soundly even though the evening heat was still not dissipating from the days. Then I was hurting - it was hard to sit up and even hard to lay comfortably. I realized my system was backing up. I shared my discomfort with my co-worker friend. She shared some of her green smoothie with me. In hours I was feeling better. At then end of the day I was one hundred percent.

Having come into some work performance award funds, I researched Amazon and found some super foods that could help me with my alertness, with detoxing, and a few other things that had been bothering me. It has made a unbelievably huge difference! My mental awareness and state of being has improved greatly, not my circumstances but my ability to deal with them. I've taken on tasks that I have put off for a long time and benefited from the physical exertion - it had been difficult to want to start. I'm less hungry. I'm eating lighter.

Within the last two weeks, I've turned a page and my story is getting better and better. Now, I'm starting to maintain being under 200 and on the road to taking it DOWN!

Now I'm starting to make adjustments for the change of weather when it'll be too dark to walk when I get home. I've signed up for pilates and body strengthening. I bought myself some new and comfortable workout pants.

I'm not afraid of the holidays; I'm embracing them knocking down goals as I go in a better state of mind and body. Look out 2019; I'm bringing a whole new me! #SHEPERSISTED
