Back at it...

Last week I posted some things I can do to help me meet my goals so here are my results from the past 7 days:
- Exercise 2 times a week - I went to the gym twice - check
- Stay within calorie range 6/7 days a week - I stayed within my calorie range 5/7 days but that's progress for me
- Do 5-10 mins of yoga every day - I did yoga 6/7 days so almost to my goal
- Meditate 5-10 mins a day - I did my meditation 6/7 days so that's good
I'm happy with what I've accomplished this week and will keep with the plan for next week.
