Brain Recovery Day 3

Lower Body Work Out I kept tipping over. My migraine was below the surface knocking to come out. It wasn't even close to good form BUT I DID IT! 😁 I just read the Premium Coaches blog on the top two excuses not to exercise. The first is pain. Earlier in the year my arthritis began to spin out of control so I changed my diet and exercised hard. By March I was feeling great. Then came late July and the head accident. Traditional RX is to stay still in a darkened room with no screens. I was followed by my GP until I could get into a specialist. With my earlier experience in the year it doesn't surprise me that the first thing the specialist told me was that traditional thinking is wrong and that I had to exercise. I had to pump up my heart rate to get oxygen to my brain. I had to do it no matter how much my hurt. It's only been 3 days but my migraine has not gotten out of hand. I haven't gone above a 6 on the pain scale and I lost 2 pounds on the weight scale.

    Thanks for the suggestion. Some of the pain is due to neck damage which I am starting physio for. Also cranio sacro therapy. But most of the pain starts somewhere in my hurt brain.

    Have you ever tried acupuncture or acupressure for it?
