Weekly weigh in 9/17 and latest healthy reward!

As part of my weight loss goals, I will be blogging weekly. These blogs will happen on Mondays - also the same day of my weekly weigh-in.
The scale said 227.4 which is up 0.2 pounds lost since last week (227.4). I chalk it up to scale fluctuations and I'm generally unbothered by the number lol. Feeling pretty great overall about my eating & exercise and know the weight will fall!
In other news, I'm still doing my healthy rewards for every 100 points worth of healthy behaviors. For this recent reward, I got a body butter that smells so so great (has ginger & frankincense), from a local vendor in Jersey City, where I live. Truly felt like I was doing my body such a great service when I rubbed it on last night. I am worth that little indulgence...may the healthy habits continue!
My September goals are:
- Eat within range and on the low end of my carb range 100%
- Drink 7 cups of water daily
- Exercise for 30 min 4 days a week
- Lose 4 pounds
My mantra for this month is do not decrease the goal, increase the effort!
I know our dream for a healthier fit body will come to shape! Be well!
