I started a strength building program, but missed a workout a week ago. The workouts are supposed to be 3 times a week, so now I've missed three.
I don't really know what to expect of myself as I'm 78 and I've just been plain tired lately. Going short on sleep wipes me out. I have been so fortunate for the past few months in that I have been able to get to sleep and stay asleep, but , last week, I had a bad night, so I skipped that day's workout.
