last week recap (two days late!)

I averaged 2152 calories last week. Not quite down to 2000 but getting there.
My average fat grams per day was 96.
I've been struggling with this from the get go. I just really like bacon and avocados!
I only had 42 minutes of exercise last week, but better than zero and I know this week will be better.
I did lose a couple of pounds, but still not back down to where I was in April.
Baby steps. Before I get too down on myself for all of my backsliding and slip ups I'm going to remember one of my greatest recent accomplishments;
climbing to the top of Monks mound at Cahokia Mounds. I told my DH I couldn't do it. It was too hot. There were too many steps. My knees couldn't handle it. My lungs couldn't do it. But I did it! I DID IT!
