I'd be in big trouble! This is probably my 5th? 6th? I lose count. I went off the rails a bit this past month or so, but started slipping in May when my daughter came home for the summer. Too many trips. Too many celebrations. I vowed in April to blog once a week. That lasted about 3 weeks? I need to get back to that because it really helped me focus.
Back to tracking starting today. Doing some meal prep for the week so I won't be tempted to hit the Burger King drive thru.
I was staying after work and exercising, but we've been so busy that everyone is staying after work so I have no privacy. I do still have a YMCA membership so I need to utilize that.
My diabetes prevention class is now only meeting monthly. We are supposed to be at least half way to our goal of losing 20% of our weight. I've gained weight.
Here we go again!
