Good thing SP doesn't limit how many times one can start over!

I'd be in big trouble! This is probably my 5th? 6th? I lose count. I went off the rails a bit this past month or so, but started slipping in May when my daughter came home for the summer. Too many trips. Too many celebrations. I vowed in April to blog once a week. That lasted about 3 weeks? I need to get back to that because it really helped me focus.

Back to tracking starting today. Doing some meal prep for the week so I won't be tempted to hit the Burger King drive thru.

I was staying after work and exercising, but we've been so busy that everyone is staying after work so I have no privacy. I do still have a YMCA membership so I need to utilize that.

My diabetes prevention class is now only meeting monthly. We are supposed to be at least half way to our goal of losing 20% of our weight. I've gained weight. emoticon emoticon

Here we go again!

Do not ever give up. I lost count of how many times until I finally took off over one hundred pounds and kept most of it off for now about 12 years. I have come back about three times to lose the last of the weight and really get to goal and stay there. I yoyo . However, I know we can make a brand new ending to our story if we keep trying. I refuse to end my story with twenty more pounds to lose. So here I go again. Keep the negative feelings out of your head. If you start thinking I can't do this, change the thought to I CAN DO THIS. Don't strive for perfection just for persistence. Persistence will finally pay off. BELIEVE!!

This post sounds familiar to me, because I've been saying the same thing. I'm glad I can come back to SP and start over, because I seem to keep needing that "square one do-over". It's a wonderful thing and I'm grateful to know there are others who are getting back on track when they need to. I don't feel so alone :)
Cheers to success on your journey!

There is nothing wrong with starting over, its the quitting that is detrimental to our beings. Keep grinding girl.

Truly, this article is really one of the very best in the history of articles. I am an antique ’Article’ collector and I sometimes read some new articles if I find them interesting. And I found this one pretty fascinating and it should go into my collection. Thanks,

It doesn't matter how many times you fall, it just matters that you pick yourself up and dust yourself off. emoticon

Well, like the saying says...fall down 7 times, get up 8! You can do this! I'm back for my 3rd time AND I haven't even started my blog yet. LOL But I'm leading a team (ddp yoga) and determined to stay the course. Hang in there! Sometimes the 4th, 5th, 6th time is the charm! :) emoticon emoticon P.S. If you want an accountability buddy, I'm game if you are! :)
