I passed the one year mark! I met my goal, and I am trying for year 2. Have I lost weight? Some. As much as I would like? No, but the point is the weight is not moving up or stuck. I measured today, and I am losing inches; that's the best thing! Swimming is the best exercise for me. I can work out longer, and I enjoy it.
Am I eating better? Absolutely! Both my husband and I are eating better now; that is very positive as far as I am concerned. We rarely eat burgers and fries or fry food at home. We eat more vegetables and whole grains, and fewer sandwiches.
Overall I have learned a lot this year. I have more to learn, and of course a lot of room for improvement, but I feel positive, and that is great.
I give thanks to God because with Him all things are possible.
