Forgot how hot a fastfood kitchen is in the summer heat

I ended up being being tired, overheated and basically all out bratty when I got home after a 10 hour shift yesterday. Good thing about this being a new job for me, I'm quiet from having having social anxiety and getting to know how everyone ticks so being quiet yesterday didn't alert anyone to anything being "wrong". Which is a good thing because being asked what is wrong would have frustrated me even worse.
I also didn't get in my walk yesterday as I was to tired and so overheated. I didn't get 10k steps, much less my goal of 5.81 miles, but that is ok. I can make it up tomorrow after I get home from work. I might even walk home from work to make up for it and see just how long it takes as I found my other watch that can keep time that way. Because I didn't get my walk in for safety reasons yesterday, I didn't meet my goal today. Which is ok. I still got my walk in.
