Does anyone else love asparagus like I do? We have had harvests here in Michigan twice a week since Easter-- thanks to our raised garden boxes that DH keeps adding to.(Mr. Once-a-farmer-boy-always....yo
u know.) I do love having a supply in the freezer, but fresh are best! Ways I've prepped them so far this season: raw for dipping, stir-fried, roasted, grilled, and soup. Wish I could share! emoticon
