Smaller Goals could be Greater Success

I realize now that maybe I created goals that didn't quite meet me where I'm at.
I know for some having a Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG) can kick a butt into gear, but after months of quite the opposite effect, I'm going to try downsizing for a change.
Rather than 10K per day...I'll switched to 6K .
Instead of Going to the Gym 5 times a week...I've ditched that for stretching 2 times a week, and keeping my 30-minutes activity a day.
I want to set myself for incremental success, rather than bombing it most of the time, and blitzing it at other times. My ultimate goal is consistency in a progressive way.
