Weigh In ...Gotta be brave

My last weigh in was January this year.
I shunned the scale, hoping my inconsistent blips of activity and occasional salad, might make at least half-a-pound difference. Nope...it went UP by half-a-pound.
Much like the sticky- "A" key on my laptop (Grrrrrrr), creating solid life-style changes at my age (46) is kinda annoying. I have lots of competing priorities...but I now recognize I've also made them my competing excuses.
It took an incredible amount of energy to get to this rather simple conclusion. But in a strange way, I now have a starting point to move ahead. And guess what? My sticky, "A" key is loosening up again, now that I started using it again.

    It is helpful for me when I track my calories in Spark! I don't do it every day especially when I snack on potato chips, but I only cheat myself.

    Hang in there. Make one of those competing priorities your health! Difficult--yes---Impossible---no!R>
