Changes in Attitude

Today was my Gym day but my bike route reopened today and I had to hit that trail before I went to Gym. I have a new right hip and hairline fracture on left foot so I have to choose my workout well, lifting upper body for 30 minutes and ending with my "frosting on the cake" of 30 mins of rowing machine. At 20 mins. I was slowwwwing dowwwwn but The Beatles song 'Love Me Do' came on my headphones and changed my attitude, I'm doing this workout because I love Me! I adjusted my form and ended strong. I was actually one pound up on 'weigh-in-wedensday' but I'm in it for the long haul and know this too will come. Grateful that obstacles where overcome with a positive attitude.
