Since I became totally committed to losing weight, I have lost 10 lbs as of today so in 2 months and 10 days. My goal is to be 219 in 2 weeks so a 2 1/2 lost.
I have been doing gym or bowling at least 5 times a week and sometimes more. I write what I eat daily and have made a grill to checkmark daily as to how to achieve this, I have; go to bed by 11 pm, and drink 4 c of water daily which are 2 biggies for me! and have 8 things to check mark daily. My grill is always for a week at a time. I can hancle anything for a week lol
I am reading "The SPARK" I find it contains all the info I need under one cover! I also sign-in most every day on Spark people site to get my Spark Points and to write on my msg board that I chose was more suitable for me.I am now doing a calendar challenge this month. I also watch what goes into my mouth; I'm not a disposable garbage can!
Last but not least; little changes every day will get me big results! Go Girl Go!
