A HAPPY March 1st to all!
Sharing my "Small Goals and Commitment Challenge" for today and sharing it with all my Spark Peeps;
My small goal was to be sure to work out. Which I did! Put in 43 workout minutes using Coach Nicole's DVD "Cardio Blast" segment # 1 "Walk it out" with 2lb wrist weights and #3 Cardio Kick Boxing and ending with 100 pushups.
Sharing my challenge here to encourage all of us to join our fearless leader "Mr Spark guy" and put this idea to use.
I'm a big fan of my @ home gym where I always workout. (except when running)
It is why I so appreciate using Coach Nicole's DVD's. Love this approach as it's not only a great workout body builder/maintainer it also works out the mind keeping it sharp and meeting the verbal challenge it offers as we age.
Growing older is a FACT. No choice in the matter, however, how we arrive there IS our choice.
The above is my choice. I chose Coach Nicole due to her clear manner of speech. She rolls out the workout path directive without using speeds up to 100MPH and obeys my speed limit. (if you're in my age group you'll understand that (65-75)
I often remind my granddaughters that chatting is not a race. emoticon It is a way to share our days and moments. They giggle emoticon
I hope this information helps some Sparkers meet a small goal when they can. It sure make ya feel better!!
