Well, I am still liking my record of the scale. I only write down when I lose weight. I really am enjoying that. It helps me feel like I can do this. I know I can.
Today my weight is 206.6 My next small goal is to get under 200. I have not been there since my son was born, 23 years ago. I think it is time!! LOL
Stress is not my friend, but I saw an article on SP about curvy yoga. I am going to try that too. I know I need to get going again and I think that may be a great start. This way I can do a pose or two a day and get things back into shape.
Well, I have to go and do dishes, so I better get going. Hope anyone who reads this has a blessed day!! SP has blessed ME!!
