Getting Back on Track by Tracking

Over the weekend I decided it was time to start tracking my food and reading Beck Pink (The Beck Diet Solution: Train Yourself to Think Like a Thin Person, Dr. Judith Beck, Feb. 2009.). I also started doing upper body strength training to fight off sarcopenia (age related muscle loss). So far, so good.
Credit given for:
eating sitting down most of the time
refraining from eating while preparing dinner
30+ minutes of cardio
upper body strength training
clogging class- dance is memorized
exercising my resistance muscle by not eating Nutella
Tomorrow is a new day to make even more healthful choices!
