Well I missed posting a few weeks. So I thought I will just summarize a month. I did do really well for the first 2 weeks but then.... the infamous but then. My mom got sick and ended up in the hospital. That consumed my time outside of the work hours. Also it just stresses me to see her get even more confused than her baseline. She was sick but that part wasn't bad. So I didn't have time to exercise. My meals were good but (the big but again) my snacking was bad at work. I know. Hard to believe I fell back into my old ways.
My brother is home this weekend giving me relief from the responsibility of worrying about mom. I vegged out after work yesterday. Took a nap, read , and watched the Hallmark channel. Mental health is also important.
So a new week starts. I will pick myself up again and get back on track. I will snub those donuts and all other sweets at work. I will walk on treadmill if to cold outside. I will do my 10 minutes me time a day. I will declutter. I will find other ways to deal with stress beside eating. I've done it before I will do it again.
