I have taken a new way of keeping track of my weight. I took a start date last Sept. and wrote down my weight. Now when I weigh myself, I only write it down if it is down. That is right! If it goes up, I do not write it down. It makes me work hard to get back to at least that lower weight. So when there is a gap in the dates, I know I was not doing well then. My scale does weight in .2 pounds. I like that, then I can document .2 changes. Some days I wonder if it is just water weight, but I don't care. I will drink more water the next day and not weigh myself for a couple days as I try to eat better.
I know this sounds strange, but it is working for me. I want to see the positive part of weight loss and this is how I am doing it. Then I can count how many days I lost weight. I love that!!
This is why I love this site! You can do things that help your journey and it does not have to work for others, but just for you!!
