What the heck??

Monday, January 29, 2018

I have been a SPARKPEOPLE member since 2009, I remember looking at the site a year earlier and then finally joining but ......what has happened to me??? I see that I posted a couple of blogs in 2013 and here we are 2018!!! Seems like the older I get the faster time races by. Although I have a very busy life here on the ranch and with the volunteer committees that I am on, I am always trying to focus on living a healthy life. My weight has gone up and down since 2013, sometimes by as much as 15 pounds. It is a struggle to maintain a lower weight but I certainly do feel better. This site continues to be an amazing resource for information and motivation. With some of my volunteer commitments winding down this year I will be focusing on "trying to" log on every day.
I have recently joined Bright Line Eating and am enjoying that philosophy. I think it is more in line with how I usually eat although I must admit no flour is challenging at times. :) It is easier for with the no sugar as I have not added sugar to my coffee or oatmeal in years and years. I am not a candy eater, have no cravings for sweets but sometimes think a muffin or biscuit would be nice. If I can figure out how to get pictures off my phone to post on here I will be able to post some ranch updates. Getting ready for lots and lots of baby calves in the next month. Thank you SPARKPEOPLE for being here

Spark keeps me mindful, even if I do not log on every day. Good luck with all the calves!

As long as I was using Spark I stay focused on my weight but when I stopped I would gain weight. Since I agree with you.
