This week's weigh in was much better!

Hubby and I weighed in this morning and we both lost weight! Whew!

I lost 3 lbs. and he lost 2 lbs. He was given a booklet to track his food, calories, etc. He has not tracked his food yet. I have written in the evening meals, but I don't know what he is eating for breakfast/lunch. Last time we joined this community group, I did all of the tracking for him. I haven't had the time to do it this time. We have ten more weeks. Hopefully he will start filling out his tracker!
I added him to SP, but he doesn't want to do that either. At least he is trying to eat more healthy. (He doesn't always know which is the healthier choice.) Baby steps!

    emoticon emoticon I wish I could get my husband to track his food! He won't do it. I cannot believe he lost 80 pounds without doing so. I have tracked my food since day one-except during the hurricane evacuation. It is s good thing to do, I think. Yes, baby steps. I feel here lately I am starting over myself-got away from lifting weights awhile back and not walking as much as we used to. Got to get cracking now that I am pretty much over this illness!
