Dancing the Weight Off

I've been mostly working out to 21 Day Fix with Autumn Calabrese for the last 2.5 weeks. This morning, I wanted to dance!
I find that on days when I'm not motivated... I never mind dancing.
I have really enjoyed the toning / strength training in 21 Day Fix. Upper Fix is one of my favorites.
Point of this short blog, no excuses. I felt 'blah' waking up from a nightmare. I didn't blow off my workout... I chose one that I wanted to do. I'm going to keep on moving! Keep on losing weight & inches!
