Reading about weight lost on site and decided not just want to lose weight but to add weekly mini goals. This week I have lost the pounds that I accumulated in 2 days... feel it was water retention as it was to much. So from now to Sunday, I must lose 1 pound. It is reasonable and doable. I will watch less tv and do more activities daily. I will drink my 3 allowed glasses of water as I'm on water pills and doctor said only three glasses a day....hummm but doing it.

Little goal setting is less frustrating to achieve than looking at the large picture. Small goals that are realistic and doable are easily more successful to achieve my goals. Glad to have read about that.... I will report again and let you know how I'm doing.
