SMART goals for the BLC 36 Fall Round
Long Term Goal: Lose 20 pounds before the summer
Short Term Goal: Lose 10 pounds during BLC 36.
1. Track every BLT – the good bad and ugly
2. Bring lunches from home. Get lunch in the cafeteria less than once a week
3. Limited alcohol - special occasions only!
4. Drink at least 8 cups of 8 oz. of water daily!
5. Calorie deficit of at least -200 per day
1. Do TRX on Mondays and 80 Day Obsession the rest of the week
2. Add running back in when the weather gets better
1. Participate in all BLC challenges
2. Post on the team thread daily (especially on weekends!)
3. Kick the smoking habit for good!
