Big Goal/Little Goal

Just a little note to update my goals, since over the past month or more, I've been slipping.
Big Goal: 1) Lose 10 lb. (I know a lot of you would not consider that a big goal, but I have been "stuck" for quite some time.)
2) Run 5 K
Little Goals: 1 a) Measure and track EVERYTHING I eat and drink--Be sure to check that my portions are correct size.
b) Focus on healthy choices--salad for 1 meal/day 5 or more days/week; lean meats; more fruit and veg
2 a) Elliptical for a min. of 20 minutes/day
b) Stretching focusing on muscles related to walking/running
c) Walk/jog a min. of 8,500 steps/day and building on that amount.
d) Strength training a min. of 3 times/week
