Today's challenge is to drink water and carry water bottle around with me. This is going to be kind of hard for me since I don't care very much for water. Instead of drinking tea for lunch, Im drinking water. I am going to try and drink as much water as I can.

    As long as water is very cold I think it tastes great. Adding ice through out the day can make it more bearable.

    I count any water in decaf tea, added to smoothies or oatmeal too! I started putting as many rubber bands around an 8oz glass as the number of cups for the day...8 bands is 8 cups, 10 bands is 10 cups, etc. I try to drink 1-2 cups first thing in the morning, then I space them out throughout the day. I remove a rubber band every time I've had another cup of water...even if it was a cup I added to my oatmeal...it all adds up! My new goal is 10 cups daily!

    Good luck! I'll throw a slice a lemon or lime in to help when I'm just not feeling water.
