Everyone Starts Somewhere

On the one hand, I'm emoticon emoticon emoticon to be starting all over again as far as this whole journey to a healthier me.
This is particularly true in regard to fitness activities.

On the other hand, I'm emoticon emoticon because I *am* doing something.

What I have to be mindful of are the injuries to my knees, hips, back & neck ~ that's a LOT of "owies" to be thinking of! Coupled with depression & non*supportive people in my life .... well ~ it's one heck of a battle.

I don't plan to log my activities in the Fitness Tracker until I consider them "worthy"? enough to be there but I *will* post them here from time to time so I can see what progress I'm making.

So tonight I did:

Seated Leg Extensions .. 4 ea L/R {discomfort R leg}
Wall Pushups ... 8
Lying Leg Raises ... 5 ea L/R
Calf Raises ... 5
Lying Leg Curl ... 4 {didn't really feel "hammies" being worked}
Balancing Hip Flexion ... 4 ea L/R {Pain R hip & thigh}
Basic Step Touch /Forward & Back 10 ea {balance issues & Pain R knee}
Basic Step Touch /Lateral ... 12 ea
Arm Circles ... 4 ea Lrg/Sml & Fwd/Back
Cat & Camel ... 3 ea {Pain Thoracic region}

not exactly breaking a sweat here so that's why they can't go in the Tracker.
I *did* however log my walk with Cisco & will continue to do that.

    I don’t log all my small fitness successes either. I’m kinda at the same point you are. Starting over after losing ground for various reasons. Hope we can make some progress together !

    Be true to yourself and begin logging your fitness. We all start somewhere. If it's just a little bit of fitness input, then that's okay...no one else is looking at what you post in your fitness area. It's a tool for YOU. Post whatever you're doing. You'll feel better about it I promise. And there are plenty of people here to keep you motivated and on track.
