I lost my first 5 pounds

My journey has just begun. October 10th, 2017 to be exact. I have now lost 6 pounds so my first mini goal to success has been achieved, losing 5 pounds. So next 5 pounds lost goal has begun.
I'm now drinking 4 glasses of water a day; a record for me as I didn't drink any before; I was a tea drinker. I also walk 10 to 20 minutes 4 times a week. I will be making it 5 times a week. My portions have been cut too but I eat everything I ate before.... well cut drastically on the sweets.
Can't wait to see 229 Here it comes!!!!!
