I am on a plateau of sorts after a spectacular Month 1. 2 pounds per week is a now a realistic goal. That means some weeks I will lose 1, some 2, some 0, and maybe even some 3 pounds. Two pounds per week will get me to 243 by the New Year. That is good progress. I am not as active as I used to be and I have to work harder at it. I cannot lower my calories anymore but I can be more active. I started wearing 1/2 hand weights when I do my walk. For most of the walk I do several different arm exercises. Whenever I get into something, I go overboard. Going through that now with learning to be an English teacher. Taking multiple courses, and volunteering for too many days.
