30 days of making changes, making progress, making new friends, and growing stronger.
I am enjoying the process of learning to listen to my body; eating only when hungry and focusing on each mouthful; setting an alarm to get up and move if I am sitting down; prayer and meditation becoming daily habits.
I feel as if a long night of grief and mourning is ending and there will be JOY in the morning.
