I have to be careful of my mouth for the next few days; post for an implant was placed in my jaw yesterday. So my food is going through the blender first.
Canned beans becomes a delicious soup, especially when cooked rice is in the mixture with salsa or hot sauce and herbs/seasonings.
Frozen fruit + oatmeal or protein powder becomes a nice chilled drink.
Yogurt and applesauce are the closest to normal I am "eating".
I am determined to have healthy foods during the recovery and refuse to eat things that have no nutritional value.
I will regain my health. I want to be healthy. It is attainable.
S-L-O-W and steady.
