My Aching Jaw!

I've had two teeth extracted this year. One at the beginning of February & the other the first of April. I've been putting off getting the process of implants started, any excuse! To keep my teeth from moving out of position, I finally went in to have the post placed on one side. It was not a wonderful way to start a Friday!

The extractions were the start of my crazy eating in April that continued through the end of August. At first, it was wanting things I could get quickly when I was hungry. Then it was, I have been in misery, I deserve to be coddled. Bring on the mashed potatoes...ice cream...soft and fattening pretty much says it all.

This time, I am committed to staying healthy during recovery. I have vegetable soup I made that is easily blended. Frozen mango, peaches, and strawberries that can be blended with almond, cashew, or coconut milk + vegan protein powder.

I am going to come through this with a healthy mouth and eating/drinking things that are delicious and nutritious.

I will get back on track with walking as soon as my head recovers from the drilling and pressure it was delt this morning.
