21 Day New Member Challenge

I finished my first challenge. It was a great start on my journey to health. 21 days went much faster than I thought it would.
I ate healthy food and was rewarded with the addition of loosing several pounds. I did have a couple of afternoons where I ate too much, but it WAS food on my health plan. I am counting a two day splurge as growth; most of May, July, and August were a full of unhealthy binges. And if I am honest with myself, half of April and June were too. Gaining 30 pounds was the result of getting so off track.
I will work on my mindful eating.
I will eat healthy foods in moderation.
I will only eat when I am hungry.
I will focus on my food when I am eating.
I have signed up for a find 10 minutes (of exercise) for 30 days. I am committed to walking 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening/night.
