September Rockin & Rollin

Started my healthy journey on the first, rejoined Spark on the sixth. Down 13; had gained 20 in the last three months, so I'm pretty sure the next 55 will be much slower!

Daily plan:
Plant based, whole foods and light exercise is my lifestyle goal.
Prayer and following God's plan for my life: patience & faith.
Meditation and other relaxation practice; hypnosis for binge eating.
Research on autoimmune diseases and symptoms: relief & new in medical knowledge.
