Getting back on track this week!

I am tired and have a lot to do this week. But I am determined to get back on track emoticon

    Yes, this is my week back after a weight gain of 1.5 pounds on Sunday. I was not suprised but I am now recommitted to this program. I exercised yesterday, still did not like it, did not want to do it but I just did. That will have to be the way it is, I may never like exercise. But WE CAN DO THIS!
