My plan of attack to lose weight

I have decided to do Jillian's Body Revolution more than once. Along with other workouts interchangeably I will do 90 minutes of cardio 6 days a week followed by strength training 6 days a week I know that seems like a lot but I used to do that when I was a lot lighter then I am now. I have to get in shape. I am on more pills than my own mother.

    HAVE YOU HEARD WHETHER OR NOT "BIGGEST LOSER" WILL BE BACK THIS SEASON? I KNOW THEY HAD A PROBLEM FOR AWHILE AND I DON'T EVEN THINK JILLIAN IS STILL ON IT, BUT I DID FIND THAT SHOW MOTIVATIONAL.
