My plan of attack to lose weight

I have decided to do Jillian's Body Revolution more than once. Along with other workouts interchangeably I will do 90 minutes of cardio 6 days a week followed by strength training 6 days a week I know that seems like a lot but I used to do that when I was a lot lighter then I am now. I have to get in shape. I am on more pills than my own mother.
