Raw day 1, start.

I'm doing raw for the next 30 days. To keep me honest, I'm posting what I'm eating here in pictures. My goal is to picture every blt for the next 30 days, as well as record on chronometer (I wish spark and cronometer had a relationship-- I like their tracker much more). So this blog will be changing throughout the day, with everything.
Anyways, here's the start:
potato smoothie (NOT juice, I blend the whole thing), with blueberries. Green beans from garden (picked this morning-- they were SOOOOO good), banana, strawberries.
apple yam cucumber noodles of awesome (dressed with limejuice/maple syrup/mustard):
I forgot and ate most of it before I took a picture. It was okay-- needed parsley and mushrooms, will use for next time.
Zucchini noodles with a sauce made from raw macadamia/walnut/cashews, miso, nutiritional yeast, and garlic.
And I had an apple for dessert.
And I had chai tea with soymilk (NOT RAW) but I'm okay with that.
