BLC 35 smart goals

Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-Bound.
I am going to lose 30 lbs in 12 weeks. Big Target.
I am counting on at least one week being a big fluid loss. Hopefully this first week, to help me stay motivated!
All through a series of smaller, daily steps.
1. Track all my food - to stay intentional and mindful
2. Practice mindfulness daily - to manage stress, and to practice a skill I want to improve on.
3. Exercise daily. I am starting with one intentional exercise session per day, and every 2 weeks I am adding another session to every alt day.
4. Unprocessed, plant-based diet
5. When craving food I am having a cup of herbal tea.
