SMART goals for the BLC 35 Fall Round
Long Term Goal: Lose 20 pounds before the new year
Short Term Goal: Lose 1 per week for the next 12 weeks.
1. Track every BLT – the good bad and ugly
2. No more than 1 lunch per week from the cafeteria at work. Bring lunch from home!
3. No alcohol until October and limited alcohol after that
4. Drink at least 8 cups of 8 oz. of water daily!
5. Calorie deficit of at least -200 per day
1. Run a 5K in October
2. Cardio 3x per week
3. Strength training 3x per week
1. Participate in all BLC challenges
2. Post on the team thread daily (especially on weekends!)
3. Kick the smoking habit for good!
