I just wanted to thank everyone that responded to my blog about the pain. I cut my exercise down 20 on the elliptical to 10. I lowered the reps on the weights I was doing. I am taking ginger, manuka honey, chicken broth and gel. It all seems to be helping. I do elliptical four days a week, chest back and shoulders one day and abs, arms and legs the next day on my weights for four days. I then do light walking Friday Saturday and Sunday. I am trying to not overdo. But sometimes I do. It really makes me appreciate Spark when everyone jumps in to encourage and tell what they know.
