My goal is to maintain my weight. I try to stay away from processed foods. Sugar is my most difficult challenge. I have slowly become more active every day. I walk. Bike ride. Do yoga and work in my garden. So far I have kept a stable weight for years even though getting older and having joint and muscle pain
