You know this is one of those days when the weigh gives you the "wrong" answer. You worked your ass off, and there it is... Just 300 gr off. You get mad, sad, insane. You think maybe losing weight isn't for me, maybe i don't have what it takes, maybe I'm doing everything wrong. Theb you remember you started doing 10 minutes of fitness a day and it made you feel like dying. And now, you're accomplishing from 30 to 120 minutes a day, and you're doing it strongly and comfortably. You remember how many pounds you've lost (29 for me) and how your skin is getting shiny And then all these Sparkpeople articles you've read start doing their job. They spark your life and illuminate your negative thoughts. You decide to give yourself support, remember what would you say to another friend living the same situation and renew your commitment. So I'm giving myself more time, because all this hard work will continue to pay off. Just be consistent, be patient, be powerful, be positive, be sure.
