My goal is still 155. 165 is where I am presently at. That's from 296 in Jan 2015.
It has really slowed down. But the body is shaping and adjusting to the new weight. I am to the point now that I am forgetting what it was like to be obese and am starting to see myself as trimmed up and the right weight. Still a lot of places of fatty deposits. But the body continues to shape.
It is a new life. I noticed the other day that my heart didn't feel like it was drowning when I went to Sam's. I just pick things up and go on. Without the strain etc.
My glucometer readings (blood sugar) are now in the 90's (96 this morning). It's taken a year and a half to go from 500 to 96, but it's been worth it.
