Image Issues : My mind vs Reality

I am starting to try to eat healthy and get exercise in but i know it will take time to lose the weight. For some reason in my mind I don't feel that big I feel like I am got a nice fiqure but anytime i look in the mirror or worse yet a photo someone takes of me I look huge and I hate the way I look, it gets me depressed like all the efforts aren' working. Anyone know how to not let seeing myself get me down?

Positives for this Week
- bought veggies and fruits at farmers market
- plan to have cooked meals this week while home
- got pedeometer and getting miles in every day
- did a 3 mile hike today
- started to do a fitness class 1 a week
- got i a 16 min gym workout yesterday

Negatives Week
- indulged in sweets
-overslept and missed class yesterday
-saw picture of self and feel like im huge
- ending gym membership as of next month cause its not in my budget
- still feel tired daily and often want to take a nap

    When you look at yourself in the mirror, stand tall, pull your abs in, roll your shoulders back and down and smile. You just fixed your posture and remember all of your positives! The more you practice positivity when you look at yourself, the better you will feel. It takes practice! You deserve to love yourself.

    Don't dwell on those negatives, look at them, own them and move forward! You have great positives there!
