Where Does the Time Go?

To my waist, apparently.
I got out of the habit of Sparking - tracking my blood sugar, nutrition, exercise, and other health activities - more than a year ago, and in that time my weight has slowly crept back up.
I did some good things in that time, which is why it only crept up, instead of running full tilt. But it wasn't enough.
When I finally tested my blood sugar yesterday, it was slightly elevated; it wasn't terrible, but it definitely wasn't in the well-controlled, normal range I had been keeping it before. And did I mention the weight, most of which is around my midsection?
So I think I can definitively answer the question as to where time (spent not doing the healthy things I need) goes.
There will be no more of that.
I'm back on track with my tracking, and I won't test to see if I can maintain good habits without it again. I already got the answer to that question.
