Update on me

Wednesday, June 28, 2017

Well my weight went back up. It seems to be yo-yo-ing a lot. My therapist is on my tail now for me to make changes to my life little does she know it takes more time to change a person with an eating disorder than she thinks. I am trying not to be frustrated but it's hard. On top of everything else my fiancee of 11 years that I had split with me. His family could never accept me.

Stress is such a huge factor for weight gain/loss, so it's totally understandable that your weight would be yo-yo-ing. I know things are rough right now, but try to work out your emotions in the gym! That's one thing that helps me at least. Bets of luck to you and don't give up, you can do this! :)

The yo-yo-ing could be because of stress. A break up after that many years is bound to be stressful. Personally I think you are better off without him.

Keep going and don't give up. Even if little by little, one day it'll make a difference.
