Finally the scale is going down

I had a goal of losing 20 lbs. 2 months ago. I have been following the plan and working out between 1 hr. and 1 hour and a half daily. I lost 6 lbs in 6 weeks and then the scale froze. Well, I finally figured out what I have been doing wrong. For me, it was controlling my sodium consumption. Instead of consuming up to 2400 mg per day, I was taking in 4000 mg and above. Most of this extant came from salad dressing, even the light brands. I love salads. In the last 3 days, I haven't had any salads and have kept my sodium around 2400 mg daily, and I have lost 2 lbs. In 3 days. That makes 8 lbs lost in 2 months with 12 more to go. I feel so much better and am building some good muscles and endurance from working out. I have also got my cholesterol into a healthy range which my dr. is happy about. I love this program. It is a very useful tool to guide me towards reaching my goals.
