So here I am. The laziest person in the whole world. The one that loves Netflix Marathons and taking naps mondays to sundays.
And I decided all this couch potato weight has to go, and how to start exercising becomes the biggest question ever.
I don't wanna harm myself, all this heavy body without muscle has to be cared.
So yoga, walking and dancing become number 1 options.
