I am the king of excuses; it's too hot, too cold, too busy, tired, don't feel like it. I have a million of them. I am able to convince my self not to exercise. This never use to happen when I was in shape! Then it was my alone time, and more like play than work. I need to get this attitude back. I always feel better after a good workout. Rather than thinking of exercise as drudgery, I need to consider it as play and look forward to it.
