June plan

For this month, I plan to continue to stay strong in my new lifestyle habits.

1. Follow my LCHF plan.
2. Reach 10,000 steps a day minimum.
3. Workout with strength training.
4. Take my vitamins.
5. Fix my food ahead of time, to take to work.
6. Drink water, lemon water, green tea, coffee with coconut oil.
7. Go to sleep early enough to get in 7-8 hours sleep a night.
8. Bike pedal if I sit down to watch t.v.
9. Read something about health and fitness to keep focused.
10. Make room in my life to stay connected to friends and family.

Doctor reported that all my numbers are looking good and to continue on my health plan.
I am looking forward to my new job, and will meet a lot of new people.

We never know what the future holds for us, but we can hold ourselves in balance, so when times change, we are more prepared to handle it with flexibility, presence, & hope.
